UPDATE ON REFUND POLICY

Due to the recent COVID-19 pandemic, in addition to the recent travel restrictions on short term visitors to Indonesia, new travel restrictions was imposed by Singapore yesterday by the Ministry of Health (Singapore).   There will be NO entry or transit through Singapore for all short-term visitors, with limited entry for work pass holders.  

In light of continuing developments in air travel restrictions, Air Timor will be waiving our standard refund policy.  Air Timor is offering full refunds for all sectors.  Refunds will be subject to a USD 50.00 administration fee per booking per passenger for Singapore-Dili-Singapore sector and a USD 25.00 administration fee per booking per passenger for Kupang-Dili-Kupang sector.   Alternatively, all passengers who are not allowed to travel due to travel restrictions will be allowed to change their ticket to an open ticket (valid for one year) at no addtional cost.

Refund & Change Policy

Singapore-Dili-Singapore Sector 
Change Fee:
 
• US$35 per change per sector per passenger (More than 72hours) and fare upgrade difference if applicable 
• US$50 per change per sector per passenger (Less than 72hours More than 24hrs) and fare upgrade difference if applicable 
• US$65 per change per sector per passenger (Less than 24hours) and fare upgrade difference if applicable 
• No Change Fee for full Economy and Business class ticket

Cancellation Fees 
More than 72 hours before departure: 
• Economy Fare: 50% of  the fare 
• Business Fare: 25% of the fare

72-24 hours before departure: 
• Economy Fare: 60% of the fare 
• Business Fare: 35% of the fare

Less than 24 hours before departure: 
• Economy Fare: 70% of the fare
• Business Fare: 45% of the fare

   Open Return ticket after one portion used the other portion/sector is non-refundable 
   No Refund after flight has departed.

Kupang-Dili-Kupang sector 
Change Fee: 
• US$25 per change per sector per passenger (More than 72hours) and fare upgrade difference if applicable
• US$35 per change per sector per passenger (Less than 72hours More than 24hrs) and fare upgrade difference if applicable 
• US$45 per change per sector per passenger (Less than 24hours) and fare upgrade difference if applicable

Cancellation Fees
More than 72 hours before departure:
• Economy Fare: 50% of the fare

72-24 hours before departure:
 • Economy Fare: 60% of the fare

Less than 24 hours before departure:
 • Economy Fare: 70% of the fare

No Refund after flight has departed.

Refund for any tickets booked online will be processed directly to the Credit Card used at time of booking. A cancellation fee is applicable per sector and possible no show fee is applied should cancellation request be submitted less than 48 days prior to departure date.
