Traveling with infants may be challenging, we have provided guidance on travelling with your infant.
Wheelchair Assistance
Passengers requiring wheelchair assistance are required to contact Air Timor at the latest 48 hours prior to departure date.
Passengers with Special Needs
A guidance on passengers requiring assistance during the flight is available including for unaccompanied minors (UM), stretcher and oxygen requirements.
Fit to Fly - Medical Clearance
Passengers with disabilities planning to travel by air will require medical clearance.

Firearms are permitted on Air Timor flights however prior arrangement is required.
